Next month, I am looking forward to be attending, presenting and exhibiting at the Wisconsin Solo and Small Firm Conference at the Kalahari Resort in the Wisconsin Dells. The WSSF is a three day conference with four tracks Substantive Law, Practice Management, Technology and Eithics/Quality of Life.
I will be presenting three times. First, along with Sarit Singhal of Superior Support Resources, I will presenting on how to work with technology vendors. My second presentation will be with Dan Davis of Davis & Gelshenen and will focus on the technology needed to start a law office. Finally, I will be presenting with Dan’s partner John Gelshenen on how technology needs change as your firm grows. As if the conference was not busy enough for me already, Krause Practice Management will be an exhibitor. If you are at the conference, I hope you take the opportunity to stop by.
If you are reading this, Thursday’s plenary session should be of particular interest. Kevin O’Keefe will present on “To Blog or Not to Blog, That is the Question.” By the way, Kevin has an informative article in the September 2008 issue of Wisconsin Lawyer.
In all, there will be over 30 sessions featuring some great regional and national speakers. Of course, CLE credit is available, including those sought after ethics credits.
