Easily Capture Screenshots in Microsoft PowerPoint
Do you ever need to share something on your screen for a PowerPoint presentation? PowerPoint makes it easy to grab screenshots. This can be especially helpful for computer training guides.
On the Insert tab, click the Screenshot icon, and you’ll see a thumbnail of each of your currently open windows and the option “Screen Clipping”. Either click on the window you want and it will take a screenshot of that program or click on “Screen Clipping” and you will be able to click and drag you mouse on your screen to “clip” a portion of your screen.
