Cleve, of the Raleigh, NC area, has accepted her new role as our very own, Client Experience Manager. You have come to expect a certain level of commitment and dedication that the Solfecta team has provided thus far, but it is our hope to broaden that expectation by better serving any needs you may have now or in the future with industry-best customer service.
A little bit about Kristen. She is originally from, and still resides, in the Raleigh, NC area with her husband of six years, John Cleve and daughter, Eliana. With a degree in Human Resources and a certificate in Communications through the Dale Carnegie program, Kristen has logged over 10 years of experience in the legal software industry. She served 4 years as the Certified Independent Consultant Coordinator at Time Matters and LexisNexis, assisting more than 400 independent consultants with training, planning, and event coordination. For the last 6 years, she has worked with leading legal software professionals, implementing proven marketing techniques and providing client services.
