Here’s a strange one that has now popped up at two of my Time Matters 9 clients. One client was connecting to Time Matters via GoToMyPC and the other via Terminal Server. Both have the same problem. Time Matters would let them login then immediately stop working.
The issue, oddly enough, was in the color settings of the desktop on the host computer. In both cases, changing the color scheme on the host computer to “High Color” resolved the issue. Both of these clients had a lower color scheme set up on the remote access system, perhaps for speed reasons. For some reason, Time Matters 9 requires a higher color setting. Note that on Terminal Server, it is possible that each user may have a different color setting or resolution.
